System-Wide Implementation of QTL Programs
The QTL Partnership Plan enables school systems to provide QTL programs to their faculties effectively and affordably. The district's own staff development professionals lead QTL sessions and nurture professional learning communities, with the goal of developing 21st Century Classrooms across the district.
Partnership with The Centers for Quality Teaching and Learning empowers a district's designated staff development experts to deliver parts of The QTL Process. Those lead instructors receive training, resources and support from QTL's own Instructional Specialists. The district can design a multi-year plan that meets its specific needs,
adding higher level programs as the
partnership grows.
