About Us

Founded in 1996, the Centers for Quality Teaching and Learning (QTL) a division of ExplorNet, has worked with faculty and staff in more than 500 LEAs in North Carolina, Virginia, Mississippi, Georgia, South Carolina and Arkansas. QTL is dedicated to delivering high quality professional development programs that result in better, more thoughtful teaching and greater student engagement and achievement. The process pairs modeling of effective teaching and learning practice with the use of technology tools to empower both teachers and students to become 21st Century Learners.
